Pico y Placa for kids on bikes hanging on to the back of volquetas or buses next. Followed by horse-drawn carts (poop optional), blind people with seeing eye dogs, electric wheelchairs, pushing baby strollers and eventually simply no one is allowed to leave their house...at least its not because of violence this time around. Oh but dont worry...Pulling green rickshaw type carts piled a mile high with all your life posessions blocking a lane of traffic and Bobsledding down Las Palmas on your bicycle at 50MPH....still allowed 24/7.
