Photographer trying to figure out job situation in Bogota

Hello...I am an American and just married a wonderful Colombian man, and we will be moving to Bogota sometime next year to live. I need some guidance on where to find info about a job in my field. I teach college level photography, and am a documentary/photojournalist for my personal work. I would like to find opportunities to teach photography, graphic design, etc at the same level I teach here. Does anyone know where I would go to find a list of bilingual highschools? Are there bilingual colleges/universities?

Many, many thank yous for your assistance.

How's your Spanish? I take it from your question looking for bilingual schools that you want to be able to teach in English? In that case there are a couple really good bilingual high schools. Nueva Granada is one. I doubt that any of the universities teach non-language subjects in English.

You'll have an amazing time here as a photojournalist. It's a beautiful country with a million stories waiting to be told.

Hola Juan

He visitado el sitio de fotografoscolombianos y he visto tu nombre ahí.

Bilingual schools, there are many here in Bogotá, as for universities, it is NOT uncommon that in my university they teach classes in english, or even other languages such as french or german, so you could ask too, it's Universidad de los Andes (www.uniandes.edu.co), you probably could talk to the Arts department or maybe to the Languages and Sociocultural studies department, It'd be interesting
