I call Colombia (Bogota) often and I have been using the PennyTalk calling card it charges me $0.07 a minute... does anyone have any other recommendations that may help me save?

Their Unlimited card is 1.1 cents per minute, but calls to Colombia are done by a connect fee. You pay about a buck for each connection, then have unlimited talk time. I can talk to my novia in Bogota using a $10 card for about two weeks calling her every other day.

It says that it is more to call a cellular phone, but I have been using it for about a year calling a cellular phone and the price is always 3.3 cents.
