Peter - Just wondering about the number in the reply column

I love your site. Thank you so much for this great resource and source of entertainment.

The number in the reply column doesnt seem to match the actual number of messages that follow.

For instance on my last post Maria, full of grace - It say 12 but there are only 7 messages.

Am I missing something.

Thanks again

bug That's probably a bug, a problem with the software. I don't have time right now to fix it I'm afraid... I have some plans to improve this site. What would be the most important thing to improve for you?

and another thing... Live chat would be nice...if we could see who else was online at the same time and message them (modefoque...you would be one popular guy!)...

Peter, since you ask... you could organize the picture gallery situation, it's cool that people can go and see each person's own picture gallery but it would be great if the pictures were all organized in categories and available on the "Pictures" page.

But whatever, take your time the site is great as it is!

Improvement Organizing articles, especially trip reports, into categories would also be great. You had an index like that before, but you could improve it instead of removing it! :-)

What about a moderation system, a la Slashcode? Are you still against using an existing CMS instead of developing your own? Would save you a lot of effort for sure.

Improvements Categorization is definitely the next step, together with making user pictures more accessible through the general pictures section. A moderation system is also possible with the cms I use (drupal), but for now it's still not really necessary. Once the volume of posts goes up a lot more, I'll consider putting it in place. Live chat isn't really in the works right now... Thanks for the comments!

me, popular guy Gee, thanks mzz. Is sure is a big difference being called a “popular guy and “hombre encantador or charming, as I was called not too long ago in Medellin, rather than what I’m usually called, malpario, hp guajiro, mode-foque, sonamanbiche, just to name a few that can be posted. gracias corazon!
