As a Norwegian often traveling in Colombia the US dollar to peso exchange doesn't matter as I draw my pesos from ATM and as such only the peso/norwegian kroner exchange rate matters for me. Just a week ago 1000 pesos cost me 3.1 norwegian kroner according to the yahoo currency converter, men today (30 june) its falled down to 2.65 for 1000 pesos. That's the fastest drop I have seen for years. Whats happening to the pesos now? You guys which deal in US dollar; have you also seen such a dramatic drop in the peso vs the US dollar? And what about you Europeans dealing in EURO's ? Also a dramatic drop?
In any way, I am happy to see the peso falling now and it's probably good for the colombian economy too, at least the export industry.
