I was born in the US, my wife of 17 years is Colombian and has a permanent residency in the US for that same time, she has not returned to Colombia since and would like to go for a month to viset next year, her son in Colombia tells her that there is a posibilty she could loose her permanent residency (US) by going. I really don't think so, but does anyone know for sure,,,thank you...

Martai says on Jul 9, 2006, 18:06: Tell her to go to Colombia I was born in Colombia. I was a permanent resident in the US for 5 years, now I became a US citizen (without losing my Colombian citizenship). All this time, before becoming a citizen, I went to Colombia at least once a year for a month. martaif 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
