Peace in Colombia?

But, this article does confirm my disgust in FARC's arrogance. How can a few people believe they are wiser than the majority of people of a nation? and forcefully implement this. The ideals might be great, to some extent, but the name of the game is tactics and strategy.

There's so much reporting about the demise of the FARC based only on reports by the Colombian army, it's a bit shady. I'm afraid it's partially wishful thinking, partially lazy reporting. So far the FARC is still able to do what it's always been doing: terrorizing significant parts of the country and producing a lot of cocaine.
