The moderators are thanklessly volunteering their time to look after a bunch of kindergarten squabbles, on a board that costs people nothing. I think they do a good job. I do not always agree with that they do. I would not want to do it, but if I did I would be firmer than they are. They're pretty laid back, and this thread would have been long gone on most other boards.

My advice? Suck it up and get a thicker skin. Ignore people if they bother you. Don't take what you read on a computer too seriously.

I try to keep track of as many threads as I can, but frankly there are too many of them and there are certain things I don't see. I do this on my own time, while I work my 8 to 6 job.

Whenever I spot an open attack I delete it. Whenever I spot a comment too lewd I delete it as well, but with 60% of the stuff posted here being of a vulgar nature, it becomes difficult to zap everything. I try to be as much of a sport as I can.

There are members who complain of being constantly attacked but they also love dishing it out and attacking other people. You get what you give . You can't expect that you are going to walk around the playground instigating and then have a virtual mommy following you and fending off the bullies and cleaning up your mess 24-7's.

That being said, please work with us. If you guys get insulted and you notice the mods are not deleting it, please PM us, Peter, Tinto, Desi, myself, heck PM me, point to where the attack was and I will delete it right away. I have no interest in seeing PBH become a warzone. I don't see everything so help me out.
