Do Colombians need a pasado judicial (along with the appropraie visa) to fly out of Colombia?

Gator says on May 22, 2007, 11:03: No! This is about the same thing as an FBI rap sheet in the United States and is a required document in Colombia. You do not have to present it at the point of departure. BUT, it is my understanding that the US Embassy, Bogotá, requires a current copy of the "Pasado Judicial" before issuing a visa. In fact DAS just recently digitalized this process so after an original application is mad the PJ will be available on line: "Brevior Sltare Cum Deformibus Mulieribus Est Vita!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

lawyer CO says on May 23, 2007, 14:58: correction Yes, the document is require for some nations In example Ecuador or Peru, because they dont have visa. As Gatos said, the embassy is now requiring the stuff and how difficult is to get it
