Is it Palmitas or Palmahilla?? The one I went to had the glowing palm trees in front and pretty close to Oviedo Mall and the 4 Points Hotel. Felt very safe on the inside but on the way back the taxista took the shortcut and kinda frieked me out because was so dark but didn't see anything scary. Went thru a semi-industrial zone and saw just a few people out on the street (one lover couple). Interesting night and the club staff very friendly.

Un buen lugar.

You don't need to call Palmitas. Just tell a taxi driver to take you there. tell the driver "subiendo por las palmas" the street its on is called las palmas overlooking the city on a hill. You can't miss it. There are also many clubs right next to it that might interest you. Palmitas has dancers on the weekedends and is for a middle-aged crowd.

(The place in front of Oviedo and 4 points is La Rueca. Good food, but not much of a night club)
