As the security situation in Colombia stabilises we're going to see a lot of people who literally got away with murder having to answer for their crimes.

I can't comment on this particular case but look at Chile where the political will exists to bring miscreants to justice no matter how old the crimes.

Many scores to be settled in Colombia and some of it is going to be ugly.
