Can anyone with experience in buying property in Colombia help me get in contact with reliable people in Bogota?? Can a US citizen or a US corporation own property in Colombia without a Colombian citizen(s) "guarantee" or as a partner??
Thanks!!

Rikito says on Oct 12, 2007, 05:41: Well, I own property. I bought a house for $100,000USD and all I needed was my passport. Same for my car. Can you own property? Sure you can and Colombia encourages it. Just get a good real estate attorney to help you through the morass as is similar in the U.S. It is not life that matters, but the journey. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
