otra pregunta sobre zonas..

Forgot to write this, what's with the 'strata'? 1, 2, 3 etc.. is that a safety indicator? And how do these relate to zones and the whole street arrangements, what's a good zone on the basis of street numbers for example? (sorry the maps of Bogota look like chaos, with the Carrera and Calles thing)

I recently saw pictures of a very nice looking flat in the "Centro historico" is that the Candelaria? and labelled 'estrato 3' is that a good flat/good area? Are they big on size there like in Mexico (!) - the flat I mean, all looking for flats 90 m2 and bigger? Thanks again for any advice..

Estrata is the level of economic zone in Bogota. One is the poorest area, while 6 is richest area. Obviously need to pay high utility bills and taxes. so, help you god...

Humphrey Bogart es estrato 10, tiene iPhone, es adicto al All-Bran, al mango y compra ropa en Harrods. En cambio yo compro ropa en H&M y no tengo iPhone :(

He'll do well with my cat Holly Go-Lightly (if you've seen Breakfast at Tiffany's then you'll understand).

Is he just a pup? How old?

She actually isn't. Humps is a great nickname! Who's idea was it to get a pup? Yours or bf?

Mine, and now I want another one. Bf is not very thrilled and he is kind of putting up with it. I am starting to believe the feeling is mutual because Humps is just starting to be civilised with him... he bites him, pees on his side of the couch (on the floor but always his side), never sits for him. He's a completely different puppy when he is with me though.

The first response is correct. Estrato 1 through 6. But, there is a such thing as without estrato. ie: estrato 0. Utility mil rates are based on the level of estrato. In other words, an estrato 6 pays the highest millage rates while a 1 pays the lowest. Estrato zero doesn't have "legal" utilities.
