Does anyone here know anything about professional Opera in Colombia? My son has a PhD in Opera performance and Production. I am trying to persuade him to visit. If he could make arraingements for a concert he would be on the next plane. He has performed in Germany, Italy, and many place in the US including Las Vagas and Miami. Currently he is a professor at a University

There was a couple of opera productions around this time last year in Bogota, in the Teatro Colon. Maybe there's a few in Medellin as well, although I'd imagine it's done mostly by students/university staff.

My son is contemplating a divorce, is teaching at the same Inioversity as his muscian wife. I woud imagin that two divorcing people in the same department could be a streee. They are in HER hometown. Any contact with the right people would be appreciated
