Not a bad law IMHO. Anything that makes you more visible to oncoming "Cage (car) Drivers is worth it. I ride myself (bike and motor cycle 40+ years) I wear a fluorescent green safety vest with 3m Reflective stripes stitched on the front and back(like the highway workers here use) over my jacket. A small price to pay to wake up and enjoy another day not in a Vegetative state or worse, 6 feet under. Years back when they started to make Hunters in the USA wear a DayGlo Orange safety Vest, we heard the same complaints but the Stats showed a drastic decrease in accidental hunter shootings so these Mandatory bright colors do work.

"Wait a minute. What did you just say? You're predicting $4-a-gallon gas? That's interesting. I hadn't heard that." -- Feb. 28, 2008 --George W. Bush, Washington, D.C.

campina.....in the late '80's and half way through the 90's, you weren't allowed to wear a helmet....problems with sicarios disguising their faces. as for orange. enjoy, pretend you're a highway worker and sport proud....

also the man on the back( of a bike) for many years has been illegal ( sicarios) a little sexist me thinks, cant a woman shoot a gun ? but it does give me great entertainment when wife and me go out and I have to manipulate the 70cc beast around the shadowy alleys of downtown cali blah blah etc
