One year lease on apartment in Barranquilla wanted

To all interested parties

I am looking for an apartment with a one year lease, preferrably furnished ....especially air conditioned, with normal amenities...such as laundry facilities, etc.

This lease would commence approximately June 2007 thru June 2008. Payments would be guaranteed through MBNA Mastercard.

Appreciate any comments or directions..
