I missed out on this promo. One of the requirements is that you book 21 days in advance. At the time I looked at it, I needed to travel in 18 days. Hope that others can take advantage of this.

I guess this is another one of those "Oh we just publish this, we don't really follow it". I read their website and decided to look elsewhere because they said that you had to book 21 days in advance.

This is what their website says: "Para hacer efectivo el beneficio es necesario realizar la reserva 21 días antes de la fecha del inicio del viaje, llamando a línea de atención OnePass 018009440219 y proporcionar el PIN de seguridad y número de membresía del Programa. De esta forma los viajeros podrán a través de atención personalizada redimir sus millas, reclamar el tiquete premio, hacer su reserva y adquirir el tiquete electrónico; este último será enviado al correo electrónico del pasajero, quien podrá imprimirlo antes de presentarse en el aeropuerto el día de su viaje."

Unless my reading of Spanish is way off base, it says 21 days before the start date of the trip.

but i had to call the customer service number here in colombia in order to book the flights. i don't think you can do it online.
