I did a quick run through of the forum topics and didnt really see one, althought I didnt look really hard. I was just wondering how difficult is it for a colombian to obtain a work visa to work in the United States. My father and his business partner are interested in bringing over someone to work for them here in the states. There would definitely be a job for them here and a place to live. But how would one go about getting a visa, and is it as hard as obtaining a tourist visa, education, or fiance visa? Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Tommy

He also has a degree in Business Administration, so what type of business does your family have? and have you found a way to sponser a Colombian to work for you?
