Okay I goofed up and maybe others can learn from it.
I submitted my I-485 ( my wife's actually ) and did not list my assets. I did not need to, as I am well above the 125% poverty guidelines. I also did not include the section seven paperwork as it plainly states that it is optional.
You guessed it! RFE? I received the letter today and will be sending my reply tonight. I will keep you posted as to outcome.
