Just returned from Cali and did not have a traditional Colombian Meal once. I ate everything from Japanese food – Benihana Style to Mediterranean Food to Italian. I went out on a few dates and they all wanted to try something different. All the restaurants I went to were very modern and did not have any traditional Colombian décor.
Now that I am back in South Florida, I can head to the Colombian restaurant and have a Bandeja Paisa for lunch. One hour until lunch, I am dying for a Bandeja Paisa!
