I would like to apply for a fiance visa, my girlfriend lives in Bogota
Is there a place for help, the forms look simple. I downloaded the I-129. Does my documents need to be translated in spanish? Our just hers into english? Do I send the I-129 form to the INS first?
Gracias Bill

utopiacowboy says on Sep 13, 2005, 21:07: Check out www.visajourney.com for excellent message boards and examples. Anything you send to the USCIS here in the US has to be translated into English if it is in Spanish. When you get to the embassy stage, nothing needs to be translated if it is in English or Spanish. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
