Novia Visa ?

I need to know if any one has any information about a so called Novia Visa. I have recieved conflicting reports about such a visa. One Canadian I talked with said he got his in One day in Bogata and stated all you need is a notorised letter from your novia stating she did not want you to leave the country as she dependid on you for support. He did not say what department issued it. I asked about it at DASS in Cartagena and they said there was no such thing.?
I also have dual citizsenship with passports from the USA and also the EU. Has any one tried to stay for six moths on each passport. Answers any one?

Today is your lucky day, BG! I issue those Novia Visas! and for $500 USD prepaid, i will send you the necessary stamp which attaches to your passport...it has a photo of Alfred E. Neuman on it, but that was a printing error!!! =)

Just my opinion...

I Think You.... have been misinformed because there is no such thing as a Novio/Novia visa issued by the Colombian government. Also you should not have made a down payment on the Brooklyn Bridge.
