Notaries in Bogota

Hi everyone
I was wondering if anyone could help me with finding a notary.
I have had some problems with sending my documents to my fiance, eventually she has them, but i was unable to get some apostilled due to my birthcountry not being a member of the Hague, nor having any service to Apostille. The notary my fiance went to, wasnt very friendly, and said I need to have it Apostilled, but i dont know how if the country doesnt have it and is not member of the hague.

Anyway. does anyone know of or have experience of a notary where they were easier/friendlier and allowed you to present the documents without the apostille? ALL the documents are originals, signed/certified by a laywer in UK, and signed/stamped by the Zimbabwean government with official stamps , just not with an apostille.

If anyone could help itd be great. If you have the name or location or phone number of the notary (BOGOTA), id be sooooooooo thankful
Thanks
Cade
