Notaria in Barranquilla

There offices are always very busy and crowded. Really they have the statue of a judge, I think in Barranquilla there are no more that 10 notaries but I could be wrong. These two do conduct marriages.

Thanks for the info Gator I will pass it on to my fiancee. I believe her mother is friends with a Notaria so that might be a saving grace to me.
