Gator says on Nov 8, 2005, 19:13: Nope. The Little Time to Spare is a Hurdle Notaries in Colombia are import persons and must go through extensive training and pass a rigorous test in Bogotá before trying to get an appointment. There offices are always very busy and crowded. Really they have the statue of a judge, I think in Barranquilla there are no more that 10 notaries but I could be wrong. These two do conduct marriages. "Credidi pretio parvo emere et magno vendere tibi in animo fuisse!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
