The transformation is contagious, Cali wants its day in the sun as well.

Great video promoting the success of Medellin, and how its success is spreading throughout Colombia's poor states.

That's why there were representives from Cali in MDE, to see how far MDE has come in such a few short years. They mentioned, that if MDE can do it, so can Cali. Hopefully, they can get it together soon.
