NO CAR DAY

Today February 5th, On the streets of Bogotá there cán´t be any particular cars. The people have to leave the cars at home from 6am until 7pm. On the streets one can only find cabs and buses. It is an incredible sight.

I also like the "pico-placa" system in Bogota where car owners can not drive their cars a couple days out of the week between around 6am-7pm.
