Hi.
I just browsed 160 pages and can't find anything on the subject. Searches on PBH are a TRUE pain in the a**.
Anyway ... any tip about the current best spots (both for weekdays and weekends) in Bogota is welcome.
Are Luna Bar and Leona on 116 with 18 on wed ladies night or BBC on thu still happening ? .. and what about San Angel in parque 93, Tribeca, Pipeline, Babar, Sheyka, ect ..is it still hip ? ... which places do the mid-to upper class party-goers frequent currently ?
Thanks in advance

go2pr says on May 12, 2008, 13:16: Music .. well I quite often go to Sao Paulo where I go party in ANY place, from forro halls in Pinheiros or pagode/MPB bars in Moema to irish pubs in Itaim Bibi, techno clubs in Vila Olimpia, lounges in Jardins or after-hours in Centro.

bickerss says on May 12, 2008, 14:03: The place i mentioned (where I cant remeber the name of the bar) is packed with hotties (up market hotties) - I will find the name for you. El Sitio is also much more up market (beers 9000 peso for a little can). I like Kukamakara - great vide, good crowd.

go2pr says on May 12, 2008, 14:19: Rubito, yeah, Sao Paulo Zona Oeste neighborhoods are the wealthiest areas of the city, stretching on about 20 kilometers. There's literally hundreds of good venues there.

tlop says on May 13, 2008, 15:09: I believe the place you are referring to is actually Sayaca, not Socorro. Scirocco is in the Zona T. Other good places (but many probably find them very overpriced) include Alma, Gavanna, Philomena, Vinacure, Corazon, Paradiso. For cheaper fun, Galerias is a lot of fun. Specifically TonyK is good. Cuadra Picha (Primer de Mayo) is great, but can be a little intense at times. For a younger student crowd and cheap, 51st in Chapinero is recommended.
