New Years in Colombia I can use your help...

I am going to Colombia, I am 27 year old single male, looking to party, see beautiful women, meet beautiful women, and chill on the beach and relax. I fly from LAX to Bogota the 26th of january, and leave the 12, besides that i have no other obligations, and I am financially secure to the extent I can fly from city to city... With that in mind - can you answer these simple questions - (1) Where is the best place to be for New Years? (2) Does anyone know anything about Ultramar? (3) If you only had 3 weeks, what cities would you see? (4) Does Cali or Medellin have hotter women - which has better parties? (5) chill in Bogota or skip Bogota?
