new year in CARTAGENA I always go to the CLUB CARTAGENA FESTIVAL,,,,best place in Cartagena...gotta be a member..... or the Military Naval Club, they have the best....as for SCUBA, the best is in San andres and the Rosario Islands, good dive shops in Lagito..
