Yesterday Yahoo opened an exclusive portal for Colombia.
http://co.yahoo.com/
Seems pretty stripped down and most of the news content are directly linked to Yahoo-Telemundo (latinamerica). In my opinion, it still has a long way to go to be close to its Mexican, Argentinan or Brasilian siblings.
It was opened along with other portals for latinamerican countries.
