New Theme Park in Armenia?

I've heard that Alvaro Villa, a world renowned engineer specialized in robotics is going to be instrumental in building a theme park in Armenia. My understanding is that he was responsible for creating the Orchids Show in the Cafe Park. Has anybody else heard anything about it?
