You are in a fucked up situation and I wish you the best. I would seriously consider looking up an attorney and find out what your options are. I resisted getting a divorce for a long time because of my small children. However, in hindsight I realize that it was the best and only solution. I am not suggesting that you go that route, but it is good to review your legal rights particularly in regards to your little girl.

I'm sorry if I reacted harshly to your other thread. I hope for the best for you and your family.
