Movistar has come out with a new calling card in the states spefically for people who are calling Movistar users in Colombia. On a $5 dollar card you will get 100 minutes, and there are no hidden are maintenance fees. They also sell $3, $10 and $20 dollar cards. You can purchase the card only in certain cities like FL, NY, NJ, GA and also online on blackstoneonline.com
