New feature: foto albums

New feature for the summer days. Countries now have foto albums. You can add albums, and you can also add pictures to an album. The albums are shared - anyone can add pictures to them, no personal albums just yet (maybe I'll add those later). Enjoy!

WOW big files. Peter your going to need to get a compression tool or set limits for your photos or your severs drives will fill up quick. Maybe thats not a problem.
