New 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartments in Bogota for $25k US or $55mil COP.

Here are some photos and videos of some apartments I was looking at in Bogota. They are on Calle 181 not far from the Santa Fe mall about 1/2 between the speed way and the septima. Here is the video:

They are 45 m2. Kind of small for Americans but should work well for the Europeans :)

I hate it when they insist on making these tiny apartments (45 m2 is less than 500 square feet) into 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Losing some of the walls would make it so much more spacious...

By the way, what's confusing about the OP? He says to buy the apartment costs $25,000 USD or 55 Million COP. Am I missing something?

I'm not selling an apartment. I'm just showing you what can be had for that price / location. The Administration fees are 25mil per month. If you want to park your car in the lot it's another extra 15mil per month. Then you would have to pay for your Electricity, Gas, water, Telephone, Cable on your own.

Thanks for showing this example it seems lately the places for sale on PBH are in the 150mil and up range but some places can be bought for much less,you just have to look around.There are brand new places being build in Tintal for with taxes and fees for 66,381,000 peso 87m2 but in estrato 2 to be completed in December I believe they said.
Also if you buy new the company wants to see where the money came from, some proof but private sale they do not care.
