Reply Caza - I won't be leaving here until August 24th, returning on Sept 3rd. The next timeframe will be November 1-12 and then roughly December 2006-March 2007. The rate will depend on how long you stay and is not set in stone at this point in time. ie, i am flexible. In fact, very flexible for the right person/party. Looking for solid, trustworthy people who will treat the place like I do.
