Netflix - Stream your Netflix Queue to your TV over the internet

http://www.roku.com/netflixplayer/

This device routes your netflix queue to this device which then streams the movies to your TV connected to this Net Flix Player. It attaches to your network connection via built in wireless or a wired connection and is currently shipping.

I am able to watch netflix movies on my PC in Colombia when attached via VPN but when I try to stream directly to my PC I get an error that the service is available only within the US due to licensing agreements. When I get this device I don't know if it will work directly when connected to EPM or if I will have to figure out how to route via another routers with a VPN so the IP address originates in the US (like with their PC service)..

I was thinking the same....but thanks for posting will not work outside of the States...I burn all my Netflix right now...and bring them down all the time..for my apartment in Medellin...Funny Zune was the same would not let me download the software in Colombia but I registered thru Citrix gateway connection via an US IP Address but after I registered Zune now will work with my registered software even though its outside of the United States using EPM...I just had to register the software thru an US IP address. Do you have an office in the united states you connect thru..for your VPN...I do that thru my office..Once I sign in I use the Internet Explorer inside that connection..and acts like it is being viewed thru an US IP address..

At my house in Florida I have a cable connection with 8 megabits in and 768 kilobits out. My router is a Buffalo WHP-54G (which is an incredible router, I have installed a bunch of these after trying everything else, the HP means high power and with the DDWRT software you can increase the range by 500 percent. Also I suggest a high-gain 7 or 9db antenna) and I replaced the code with DDWRT software and enabled the remove tunneling and VPN.

So here with my laptop, I just go and connect to the VPN and then bingo, I am connected to the internet from a US IP address.

What would be cool with this device is that if you downloaded the movies to a hard disk and then you watched them via the local hard disk. This way you could stream them in the highest quality but it might take several hours to get them to the hard disk.
