I am getting married in November. I need to rent a dance hall for the reception. Do anyone have any ideas? How much?

miamimike says on Sep 4, 2007, 12:27: In 1991 in St pete's Florida I had my Reception at a nice waterfront Restuarant. Our Party grabbed the biggest room(as it was mid-day so not too busy) we had 25 people. The Food and Drink tab came to like $300-$500 if I recall correctly. The mariachi band played also(as they did in the Church at the wedding ceremony) Their Cost was $250 for 5 hours(3 piece band) Total for the day around $550-$750. Due to inflation, I would add 30% to that bill today. I would think with the CP exchange, being what it is today, you shouldn't expect to pay in Colombia any more then what I payed in St. Petes Florida.BTW, that figure included the Tips also,,, "Wait a minute. What did you just say? You're predicting $4-a-gallon gas? That's interesting. I hadn't heard that." -- Feb. 28, 2008 --George W. Bush, Washington, D.C. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
