Need some information on San Andres

Hi there I am a displaced Scotsman now living in Canada looking for a place to settle in in the sun. I will be visiting San Andres for the first time in early-mid Feb. and I would like to know of any houses and or apartments for sale or if someone cal recommend a decent Real Estate person. Sorry if I have posted this in the "wrong" forum but forgive me as I am fairly new to this game.
Cheers Robbee

San Andres is Great Fun I dont know anything about real estate, but i have been there twice and it's lots of fun, small, beatiful sea, an probably not overcrowded with tourists. ALso lots of party, in easter, and Mid June-July

Poor but snappy

Sorry, I don't know of a real estate agent I have been to San Andres too on day trips. It is a lovely place, the town reminds me of Catalina, California (the only difference is that you are not allowed to drive cars on Catalina Island). Sorry, I don't know of a real estate agent (good or bad) in the area. ( was too busy at the beach) :)
