Did either of you read what they sent? "Packet 3" contains a checklist of everything she needs for the interview at the embassy. If she can fax/e-mail you the checklist, then you and her can figure out what each of you has, needs to get, and needs to send.

Normally, the Colombian will get everything applicable on the list except the I-134 information and letter confirming you still want to get married. It's pretty straightforward if you just provide what they ask.
