need more time and money

i would really appreciate help on this one.
i really need a student visa, or some alternitive,
i heard i can find a course, then apply for a student visa, but i have also been told that you can only apply for a student visa outside the country.
which is true? i dont want to study particularly, just need much more time, student visa seams to be the only possibility.

Student Visa You dont need to apply outside the country. Barry got his with the spanish course of La Universidad Nacional it's only 305.000 pesos per level, each level it's 2 months and the student visa it's 40 US dls.
You don't need that for the time being, you have 6 months on your turist visa, and all you need to do to renew that it's go to the Edificio Platinum in calle 100.
