Need help with a good apartment rental in Cali

Hi,

I want to stay as close as possible to Avenida Sexta in the Zona Rosa of Cali. I want to rent an apartment rather than a hotel. So far I have 2 apartments that I'm looking at. This is my first time to Cali. Can anyone advise me on the 2 places and tell me which is the better choice?

1. Aparta Hotel del Rio, Calle 21 North #2N-10

2. Suites House, Calle 6N 4N-48 Barrio Centenario
