Need apt help in Medellin - rental

awesome guy, i stayed with him last year, i'm even in the "guestbook".
he knows a lot of people and can pretty much point you in the right direction for just about anything.

I stayed at one of his apartments. I got a discounted rate, these prices are a little to high. If you do stay here, just tell them it was one person. Know one checks on you. At least not when I was there.

If you look at some of these places like "www.theapartmentmedellin.com" they charge per person. That is a total rip off. When I went with a friend I told them it was only me. I got a good rate because it was a last minute, and they got the prices confused. I meet the cleaing girl and gave her the money for the days I was there. On the last day I left the keys on the table. Never had any contact with mangement or the owners.

I have a luxurious penthouse with plenty of room an plenty of privacy. Each Bedroom has a private bath. I rent my bedrooms out for fifty dollars per day which includes daily breakfast, and maid service. There is internet, cable and Vonage phone. Located in great section of Laureles.
