I think she's a valluna...it's hard to tell because she talks with a bit of rola accent but I have a feeling she might be from one of the small towns in Valle(there are so many).

I thought she was singing about Cali afternoons turning yellow, but I thought she might have been born in one of the dozen small towns in the vicinity of Cali. (She says she's from a small town...and Cali with her 2 million people cannot really be called for a small town...)
