My paralegal is lost

To begin I had my package submited for my wife's I130 out of California on 12/27/04. I have since then recieved my pitition aproval on 02/02/05
I was then asked by the NVC to send payment of 380.00 + an additional 70.00, and I was also informed that on 05/02/05 my package was generated by NVC and would be recieved within 3 weeks.My wife is in Bogota Colombia, my question is does she recive this package and does she now get a date for her interview in Bogota,and when she does have her interview is it best for me to antend, and how long from the time of interview to the time she gets her visa. it just seems like I am the one doing all the reserch, can you please show me the way. and is there anything I can do to speed up this proces or am I close to victory.
