When my wife came to the USA we had sex practically everyday for six months. She was extremely frustrated. I finally made her agree to a carefully timed one week holiday and then bingo.

Anyway, it shouldn't affect your process. Just make sure you register the birth with the embassy so the baby can get US citizenship through you. They may ask for a DNA test so be ready for that. That's all.

The visa process takes about 6 or 7 months. You are already 2 months in - according to you. She is one month pregnant. So, no baby to register. Her being pregnant at the interview won't affect anything.

......... I wasn't going to, but I feel compelled to mention this. When the child is born, get a paternity test done immediately. I'll leave it at that.
