lpdiver says on Dec 6, 2008, 06:07: Man that is good stuff. Down here on the bayou dey call dat blood boudin cher. I never would touch it because of the name. I got some of it on a plate in Publito Paisa and loved it. When I got back to the US I was asking my wife about the black sausage. My daughter screamed OMG you ate BLOOD boudin. Robert Jorge says on Dec 6, 2008, 19:29: I tried it for the first time in a pueblo between Villavo and Acacias. I didn't like it then, because it seemed so dry, a little burned tasting, and without much taste. I had it a few times since then with similar results.
