¿Mujeres de la Vida Facil?

This is an interesting and sad video about the "working-girl" referred to in Colombia as "The Women of The Easy Life." I don't see what is "easy" about this life, especially at such an early age.

Was the video made in Bogota? I noticed that in the closing credits the producer was from Bogota. I also noticed for all those who insist that it's not "chucha" that thanks were given to someone called El "Chucha".

Ha! That's pretty cold morph! :0) Seriously, I feel kind of sorry for these estrata 0 street chicas. Most of them are addicted to something and most of them have probably been either molested or physically abused in the home as a child, so they end up getting involved with men that continue the pattern. . .

On the other hand, the mid and high-end prepagas and grillas do have it pretty good. But these low-end street chicas only make enough to eat and feed their addictions, what's left goes (or is stolen by) to their loser/a$$hole boyfriend.

corny soundtrack but yea these girls have it rough. Darwin candidates.

They said I couldn't play football I was too small / They say I couldn't play basketball I wasn't tall / They say I couldn't play baseball at all / And now everyday of my life I ball.

At least she's not paralyzed in a wheelchair. Things could always be worse.

I agree with Droble, alot of these girls must go through hell at home by the time they're 10 and then end up in this sick world of asquerosos wanting to cash in on their misfortune in life.

It's not just poor kids that suffer shitty childhoods. Although I would imagine there is a correlation.

morphus is right. Things could be worse. She should thank god, at least she doesn't have to sleep with morphus to put food on the table. At that point it would be time to swallow the bullet.

Personally, I agree with the other comments that acknowledge the fact that there is nothing easy about the lifestyle portrayed in the video. Disease, drug addiction, physical abuse, emotional abuse, homicide, etc. Doesn't sound easy to me.

I know I shouldn't be so hard on morphus. He's just trying to be the Andrew Dice Clay of PBH.
