Moving to Colombia

I had previously posted something about my brother might be deported. After 3 years of fighting he has decided to go to COlombia because he is sick of being in a jail fighting. My question is what is he going to need when he gets there. He has never lived in Colombia well I mean he did before he was 2 but for the last 18 years he has been in USA. We need to buy a house or apartment there and also we want to buy a car if possible. Please send me whatever information you can on banks and purchasing. CCHICK18 at aol.com
