Moving from Bogota

Hi All,

I will be moving from Bogota next month and thought some forigner might like to take over my apartment when I go. The landlord has been real cool with me and I only had to pay a couple months up front to get in. (I am American) The rent is 800,000 with 156,000 in administration. It is a three bedroom with tile bath and marble counter tops, kitchen has same. Fireplace and a very large patio. It is located one block from Salitre Plaza, 24 hour guards, lot's of security in a newer building, estrato 4. .

It will be available August 1 or maybe sooner if you need it that way.

I also have furniture and appliances that I bought and will need to sell. I have fridge, washing machine, bed, sofa chairs and dining room table. I can take 2,000,000 for the lot.

One update though it is available after August 15th since the floors are carpet now and will be replaced with hardwood in that time.
